The geriatricians of Southcare are liars, cheats and manipulators. The evidence is irrefutable and overwhelming that the doctors of this clinic deliberately falsify medical reports for elderly patients needing help for physical injury and medical emergencies so as to prevent admission of these patients to Sutherland Public Hospital for immediate treatment. They abandon caring for the elderly patient and arrange for the placement of the patient in a nursing home so that the medical needs of the patient can be someone else’s problem. The geriatricians of Southcare can get away doing this by concocting absurd and highly exaggerated diagnoses of dementia to imply that the patient will not be able to “participate or comply” in a hospital environment. This manipulation of the facts and perversion of truth by these doctors is absolutely diabolical.
Southcare is corrupt to the core and reeks of medical fraud, cover-up and criminality. If you value your health and life then stay well away from this abomination and under no circumstances let these medical criminals set foot in your home to “treat” you.

After my attempt they said if I was actually tryna kms I should to way more then that. Also they told my family everything without my consent. For the second time I attempted I took the lethal dose the person had said I should take and after getting released from the hospital 2 days later they ghosted me for 3 weeks after saying they would call me back tommorow and then said that they were busy and that's why they couldn't call me for those 3 weeks. They also gaslight me that I just had sleep issues even though I sleep well and told them that before but because my parents said that then that must be correct. Also they told me I wasn't depressed because I could hide my symptoms to my parents. When I asked for meds they said meds qre useless.

After a recent fall which resulted in damage to my rib cage the treatment I received from the staff at the Sutherland hospital emergency unit was outstanding.
The post treatment I received from the Southcare Outreach Service, of which I was unaware of, was simply magnificent, from field nurse Lisa, to all of the various sections that contacted me to offer what help they could supply.
I cannot thank all those who were involved enough.

We had our client on an outing to Wollongong along with 13 others returning her home on our company bus. She usually has a carer from this company(Southern Care) waiting for a handover till her husband returned at 5pm. When we asked the young girl if she had key to let her in, the answer was no. We knew that the elderly lady had a locked box, but we weren't privy to the code number, but neither was this girl who came to look after her. I asked the Nepalese girl(who could hardly speak English) what were you going to do all afternoon. She said sit on the front fence, What!!!. So we called Southern Care to explain, they sounded highly embarrassed and said they,ll call the young carer back with the code. Unbelievable glad I don't work for this incompetent company.
