A regular massage is part of my self care routine. Jo is intuitive, the space is welcoming and I feel like my body goes ahhh (soothed) after each massage. Cannot recommend Jo highly enough!

The space is warm, comfy, and inviting and Jo is just so skilled at her craft. She is just a special, nurturing, and intuitive person and I always walk away feeling better on the outside AND inside. I was never a "massage person", but I ended up following Jo from her last workplace to this special space...and now buy gift voucher for friends when I can. If only I had more time for sessions!

After my regular massage therapist retired last year it took me months to find someone new whose massage style suited my needs. Jo is absolutely brilliant. I've only had 3 appointments so far but she is so caring and takes time to make sure that the technique she is using isn't causing any flare-ups of my Fibromyalgia. I would definitely recommend her.
