Non responsive after the initial $400 consultation. They forgot to send my ‘urgent’ sleep study referral to a specialist at which point they would not answer or return my calls - but would answer when I called from my housemates phone. They have ignored correspondence asking for my referral to be resent to specialist or sent to another sleep clinic that had the capacity to actually care for their patients. This process has taken 6 months for no reason. I’ve started the process again and have organised a sleep study through another clinic in the time span of less than a week.

Dirty looking place, does not listen to what u have to say regarding issues, terrible communication through reception as they forget to call u back or book ur appointments, doctor has one opinion and if u give contradictory evidence she ignores it, old unsanitary vibes
