Would highly recommend Renee to help you with your family’s sleep situation in a supportive, realistic and encouraging way. When I purchased my program with the Slept Dept my daughter was waking 2 hourly and ending up in my bed every night. Our naps were hit and miss and I was exhausted. I was hesitant to start and definitely didn't want to do any from of CIO but
after my initial call with Samm I was feeling confident and very supported. It was challenging at first but with Samm's support and guidance we established a routine, stayed consistent throughout and my daughter has now gone to waking up once a night and sometimes settling herself off to sleep.
I couldn't thank Samm enough!!

Successful, kind, gentle, individualised and totally do-able! After two friends recommended The Sleep Dept, Samm helped us get our 15 month old son to sleep through the night. Our son had always woken up several times during the night and had never resettled by himself. From around 11 months old, he had woken up every hour and then every two hours. We had trialled different ways to try and get him to sleep, and were nearly convinced that we just wouldn't be able to get him to sleep through for probably years to come. After experiencing parental burn out, we had nothing left but to try one last thing (a private sleep consultant, Samm). With kind guidance and consistency, Samm was the cheerleader we needed in our corner. Our son and our family are all the much better for it! Thank you so much for everything Samm and The Sleep Dept.

We used The Sleep Dept with our toddler just after our second baby arrived. His sleep was impacting our ability to work together for our newborn, and my husband was always having to sleep with our toddler in the spare bed. We worked with Samm, and she was wonderful from day one. Her helpful suggestions started working within a few days, and within 2 weeks our toddler was putting himself to sleep in his cot and sleeping through the night! His day naps also improved out of sight. I would not have believed it if I told myself that’s what the results would be so quickly. Samm was incredibly friendly and supportive, especially when we had an unexpected sickness with our newborn! She would check in every day to see how things were going, and was always able to answer questions and give advice about our son’s sleep. Importantly, this program never made us feel like we were using harsh sleep training methods or doing anything harmful to our son. It takes perseverance, but we always felt comfortable that he was ok and safe. Would absolutely recommend Samm and The Sleep Dept team if you need any help with sleep! Thank you Samm! 🙂

Prior to receiving Renee’s help I was struggling with my 6 month, barely getting any sleep with ten plus wake ups a night. Renee helped us go from rocking to sleep, co sleeping and using a dummy to my baby now able to self settle to sleep in her own room with no dummy and only two wake ups a night for feeds. Renee is fantastic and goes at the pace you want to set. I owe my sanity to you Renee, thank you!

We are so thankful the Sleep Dept. was recommended to us. Our 9 month old daughter’s night sleep had been inconsistent for months, sometimes waking every 1-2 hrs overnight. My husband and I were exhausted to say the least. Olivia provided daily guidance and support for 2 weeks and our daughter quickly learnt to self settle. Olivia was knowledgeable, supportive and kept us on track. We now feel like we have the tools to manage our daughter’s sleep if and when it goes off track. Thank you!

We used The Sleep Dept back in 2020 when my daughter was 7 months old. With Erika's guidance, we were able to get 12 hrs of sleep after only 3 nights. Our daughter had a strong reliance on her dummy and since she went through the 4 month regression, needed us to put it back in every 45-60 minutes. To say we were exhausted was the understatement of our lives. Investing in help to guide us through exactly what to do has meant that our home is a happy, well rested one. Honestly, I cannot recommend Olivia and The Sleep Dept enough. I reached out to them for my 9month old who would old have day sleeps on me and wake 2-3 times during the night. With their support and guidance he's now self settling for all sleeps in his cot and sleeping through.
Olivia was so lovely from start to finish and really helped guide a very anxious mum about sleep towards better sleep (for both of us). Thank you so much for all your help and patience! Definitely recommend!
