I'm not sure where to start with how unprofessional the rosewood clinic Maitland was to me as a patient. I was told I would be called back two months later no call back with the same thing being said when I had to keep calling them back, just being passed around and treated in a really disappointing manner. I was told I couldn't be given a wait list time or know when I would be receiving an appointment by Kate the receptionist. I would personally never be a patient here ever again due to the poor lack of customer services and compassion I received. I have never been more disappointed.
