I got the biggest hifu sale. On their website it had a list of services. On the second part of the treatment I didn’t get all the treatments on the list. I asked the girl who did my treatment about it. She said she’d ask the manager and get back to me. This was on the 10th of august. I still haven’t heard from anyone since. I haven’t seen any change in my face.
26/11/24-I got a call yesterday from these guys trying to book me in for another $2000+ for hifu package. I explained to the lady no one called me back when they said they would. She did it as well. I was spose to get a call back today to sort out me not getting the full package I paid for. Absolutely disappointing and DEFINITELY NEVER coming back. Extremely bad customer service.

I was going to do business with them and refer patients to them. As we do full mouth makeovers down the road. I’ll be telling everyone not to go there.

I just had to write a review forThe Rejuvlab Bundall. What I was looking for was a fresher looking glowing skin also the lines we all get around the mouth to be gone, didn’t want Botox or fillers, so after doing some research I found the The Rejuv lab Bundall. First I had the Plasma Lift for lines around my mouth, 2nd Treatment was Micro dermabrasion then straight after I had no needles Fractional RF
Amazing I can’t tell you how happy I am with the outcome, my skin looks years younger and without any Botox or fillers!
I really want to thank the beautiful Kelsey and Paige for what you have done for me.
The Team here are so professional, so sweet, they explain in detail what you want to achieve and then do it!

First appointment was fine but turned up to my second appointment and they had cancelled me in their system. I am annoyed. I used my day off to get ready and turn up and my appointment was cancelled when I clearly texted YES to confirm my appointment and even got a text back to confirm the appointment was going ahead. The girl said she had back to back appointments but would squeeze me in. Not exactly the experience I was wanting. The manager is extremely rude.
