I love this store and have frequented it to buy the same select items for 13 years. Tonight I found one of the items I came to purchase wasn’t where it usually was. I asked a staff member ( Chinese male 30/40 yrs, reference used only to identify staff member). He said they were probably out of stock. I said I’d been buying these here for 13 years and pointed to where they usually were. He had no idea what plastic rubbish bags on a roll were, again said about out of stock and pointed to where like things were. All the while continuing to unpack stock. He didn’t want to stop working, didn’t understand me as he wasn’t really listening due to focusing on not stopping what he was doing. Disappointing as all other staff trip over themselves to help you.

Good shop for essentials stuff. But some checkout staff can be quite rude and pushy like "come on" and drinkng between scanning. This boy that served me in the afternoon of Friday 19 Aug 2022, was quite rude, cranky and looking me up and down just because I work at the woolies store doen't mean I am not any less than the "real" customers. I am a normal customer with the same rights as any other customer whether I work at Woolies or not.
