Highly Recommend! I initially had my hesitations around skin treatments, however my consultation with Dr Wen was great and very informative. I felt very comfortable to pursue my skin treatment plan. I have had three chemical peels so far with Abi and it has been an incredible experience. I feel great going into the clinic knowing I am going to be well looked after.

Dr Wen is exceptionally professional, kind, and only wants the best for his clients. You can trust their services and will find the equipments they offer have topnotch advanced technology.

During each visit, they would explain everything clearly - the procedure, product and outcome; as well as making sure I’m comfortable throughout.

Love their beautiful kind energy and consideration. Bestes!!! Didn't feel like slapping Dr Melanie. Hehe. I don't like needless but they were so good Nurse Laura was gentle and supportive. Constant check ins.
Receptionist Abi and Steph are super efficient, on the ball (not literally) perdonal service oriented and friendly. The waiting area is a ovely spoil in itself. TRY THEM OUT!

Started receiving IPL treatments a few months ago at the R Clinic. I was initially a little sceptical towards the treatment and unsure if I would notice much difference but after two sessions my complexion has improved so much already. Nurse Emma is such a wonderful clinician and I can't rate her highly enough - she explains every step of the process, counts down to each flash of the laser, and makes sure her patients are comfortable at every stage of treatment. Nurse Emma also makes sure that you understand what to do post-treatment so that you don't ruin your results/progress.

Reception staff are also incredibly friendly, understanding and helpful. There have been a few occasions I've had to reschedule due to factors outside my control and it's not been an issue. The general reception area is clean, comfortable and welcoming too. I enjoy my visits here and I'm looking forward to the next one.

I first went to the R clinic for a skin analysis & it was so helpful! Abi did a scan which gave me heaps of insight into how my skin is, then I went through it with Dr Wen who gave such helpful advice! I then came back for a chemical peel with Abi & it was such a good experience, she explained everything to me and was really lovely to chat with 🥰 definitely will be going back & my skin feels so smooth after the facial!
