Long wait time to get an initial appointment, but managed to snag a session with another of their Psychologist's while on their wait list after a couple of months. At first appointment I felt pressured to book many appointments, months in advance. Felt more like a sausage factory than a caring mental health practice. Their "Team" seems to change very frequently. After finishing my 10 session MHCP with little improvement, I received many calls, SMS's and emails, trying to book me in for more unwanted appointments. Noticed months later that a few of my appointments were not subsidised by my mental health plan, so I had paid in full, and was also charged for one appointment that I didn't book or attend. Couldn't care less about the financial loss, as trying to rectify it would have put me in a worse mental state than when I initially booked my first session.

Don't make the mistake I did. Get recommendations from word of mouth before booking a bunch of sessions. Follow your gut instincts. In hindsight they're usually right.

Terrible service!
Was told over the phone by their receptionist that there would be no gap fee, but after the first session, a gap fee I was not expecting was charged. There was no receptionist on the day, no one could give me answers.
Recieved a phone call from one of the complaints managers who said she would investigate. I said that it was very unexpected and would be happy to work with them if we were able to work out the costs.
The complaints manager investigated, found that there was no record of any conversation occurring (the receptionists record their own notes about phone calls and are not allowed to talk about rebates/fee issues) and refused to believe that a conversation ever occurred.
They also sent a letter to my sons Paediatrician stating that I had discharged my son from their care WHILE I was trying to work with them so that he could continue with the clinic. That was particularly the worst factor of it all, that they were willing to discharge my son under the pretense that I had requested it! Luckily for me, I have a paper trail.
Poor form Psych Professionals, poor form.

Ashley on reception is very welcoming and lovely, she's also extremely organised and a great first contact for clients, making them feel as comfortable as possible on arrival.

I see Ellen and I couldn't be more comfortable with her. She has such a calming presence and takes the time to really get to know you. She makes me feel validated and like she actually does care about me as a person and what I'm going through. Thank you Ellen!

Disregard the other reviews, my experience with Psych Professionals has been very positive. It probably depends on your state of mental health. The Loganholme office is no longer open.

Absolutely disgusting customer service
Not professional in the slightest
Admin staff not trained on how to handle Enquiry’s
Phone lines that are set to auto reply
They take your money first then ask questions
The actual psychologist was fantastic
I would pay to see them privately off the books.
All the problems are the non clinical staff
The whole business structure is a disaster.
Take your money elsewhere
You pay for customer service

This clinic is all about money money money. They could not give 2 thoughts into how this affects their clients. Horrible service. No receptionist onsite. Absolute shamble. We will not be back.

Dont waist your money or time. They dont keep appointments, constantly change your time after you have booked in.
And their advice is not worth anything. Google life advice you will get the same result for free.

Awful experience with the practice, taking money from my bank account without asking, 48 hour cancellation policy for their customers yet they cancel appts on the day and now that I’ve asked for their practice manager to contact me I’m told that this will take up to 7 days!!!
