I want to thank all the staff at the emergency section. I went in yesterday and everyone I spoke to were just amazing, friendly and professional. There were waves off patients coming in and they all handled the situation without panic. You guys all deserve a medal. Emma the nurse I saw was just the best so caring. Hope you all have a wonderful Xmas 🎅

Brilliant and helpful staff no matter where you go. Gives you confidence that they'll take care of you and you'llget the best of medical care. Unfortunately access via private vehicle is a nightmare, drop off and pick up area is very limited, turning right when leaving is dangerous, especially during peak traffic. Good to see that parking is being extended but traffic access and exiting is a serious concern.

A big shout out to the nurses and surgeons that work in the urology department at TPCH. My stay there was only made bearable by your brilliant and enthusiastic care! You are a credit to the profession (and the food has improved too)! 😁

Good entrance on ground floor helpful and friendly staff every where. Easy food bookings for inpatients great menu , can easily set up online tv hire. A bit difficult to get to given a high density area north of Brisbane… overall totally recommended for the high level super specialist and medical professionals.
Thanks guys for the fantastic care given.

The children’s emergency department and children’s ward staff are excellent and do an amazing job. After spending a few days here with our one year old in both emergency and on ward I can definitely say the team were so hardworking, diligent and communicative. Thank you Prince Charles, we appreciate everything that you do!

I wish to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the Nurses, Doctors, the Manager and Cook in the mental health clinic, who have exemplified extraordinary kindness and compassion, thus reestablishing my confidence in the healthcare system after an unsatisfactory experience at a rehab clinic. I am profoundly thankful for the existence of such caring and devoted professionals.
I wish you all the best life and warm wishes for all you have done and I am extremely sorry for my behaviours the first two day I was admitted.

Came here for my lowest health moment at the start of this year. The doctors and ESPECIALLY the nurses were absolutely incredible and the stars go to them. The reason I put only four stars is because of my experience with the ambulance crew. I had just had my ovary explode inside me and was unknowingly having my first Crohn's disease flare at the same time and was bleeding heaps internally from both. I could barely talk, I was violently shaking and cold with blood pressure so low I passed out whenever I went upright. I was in the worst agony I had ever experienced, and one of the ambulance crew was adamant I was faking for painkillers. I understand people seeking drugs is a very big and sad problem in the medical scene but I was in fact not and she refused to give me pain relief and made me walk to the ambulance, where I promptly passed out. After that I was allowed the green whistle. Finally after waiting and tests my diagnoses were discovered and I was put on sepsis watch for a day or two, then stayed inpatient for two weeks. Again, the hospital staff were amazing and I thank them in my mind every day. But man, that ambulance lady.

I've been here as a patient for over 6 weeks after suffering an incident. It's been difficult at times, but the staff have been very friendly and understanding while being highly professional and providing a high level of care. It's definitely one of the better public hospitals to be in the care of.
