The staff at this clinic are friendly, but my experience felt more sales-driven than patient-focused. I was encouraged to get new orthotics for $750 without a thorough assessment of my current pair. There was also a gait assessment, but I wasn’t informed of the additional cost upfront. If you visit, I’d recommend asking about pricing and whether new orthotics are truly necessary before committing.
