I have been going to The Pines Medical Practice for almost six years. I highly recommend this medical centre.
All of the doctors, receptionists and nurses are wonderful and I am grateful for their excellent care, patience and kindness. I am also very blessed to have Dr Nichola Reich.
This practice definitely deserves five stars.

I have been a patient at this practice for over a decade, through two pregnancies and countless childhood illnesses. They have consistently been incredibly accommodating, often fitting us in for appointments at short notice. The reception staff always go the extra mile to ensure clear and accurate communication. All of the doctors I’ve seen have been excellent, with a few standing out as exceptional (though I’ll keep their names to myself—appointments with them are already hard to get!). I was surprised to read some negative reviews, as my experience has been nothing but positive.

The Pines Medical Practice is a wonderful family practice with amazing staff. The Doctors and nurses are professional, knowledgeable and caring. They take the time to truly listen to their patients to give the best advice and care. The receptionists are friendly, efficient and extremely helpful! My family and I have been attending this practice for close to 10 years now and we have always had nothing but positive experiences there. The staff here are amazing and I can't recomend this medical centre enough. From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors you are in good hands here. With pathology adjacent to the waiting room it's very convenient if you require any tests also.

Sadly one of the worst experiences i've had, I had an appointment that they decided to move without contacting me, when I called to try to confirm my appointment as I had not recieved a reminder text, they said they tried to contact me when they didn't, and then tried to blame me when in reality I hadn't gotten any missed calls. No voice mails or text messages were sent to me. I liked a doctor there but i prefer to go somewhere where the receptionist doesn't blame me for their incompentence.

I have been a client of this practice for many years. However, since my Dr retired in November, I have consistently had the worst experience at this surgery.At my last Dr's appointment, the Dr was condescending and so rude I walked out. The reception staff are uppity and not much better.
If I could give this business a Zero stars I would.

Went through a couple doctors in surrounding areas before settling at the Pines Medical. With changes to bulk billing and rising prices you want to know that you are getting the care and theres nothing to fault in this practise. The reception staff, the Doctors, The nurses, The pathology. All wonderful, I couldn't recommend anyone else.

They care for my entire family.
