I heard about the Physicaltherapy Centre North Sydney through a referral and booked in with Tom because I was dealing with muscle tightness in my shoulders and neck due to work-related stress, which was giving me headaches.
From the start, I was impressed with Tom taking the time to do a full body examination and not just neck and shoulders. He then gave me a detailed consultation before starting any treatments. What I really appreciated was how much care he put into explaining everything - what was going on, how he could help, and what to expect during the process.
In every session, Tom walked me through each step, explaining the movements and the sounds they might make. Knowing what to expect made me feel comfortable in his hands.

Tom is a kind, empathetic and no-nonsense chiropractor. He takes the time to understand your individual circumstance and devises a unique plan for you to get better. I had a chronic elbow injury that responded well to multiple treatments of red light therapy in addition to prolotherapy with another practitioner. He makes it clear that there are no quick fixes, but with time my elbow gradually felt better with each session.
