While the setting of this restaurant is undeniably beautiful, the dining experience fell short of expectations. The corn fritters were disappointingly hard and oily, though the kids fish and chips were satisfactory. Additionally, the smoothies lacked flavor. Staff didn’t interact with us other than while ordering the food and serving it. Overall, the set up is lovely, improvements are needed in the food quality and customer service for a satisfying experience.

Delightful lunch catch-up for my birthday as we were meeting relatives from Sydney and Newcastle. It was a beautiful half-way catch-up and well definitely be back.. Staff were lovely and the food was delicious. Thank you.

Beautifully presented food. I LOVED the corn fritters! Great atmosphere here, very hampton/palm beach style. Bonus points for being dog friendly venue too!

The food at the pantry is amazing!! We stopped on the way through while on vacation in NSW and we were not disappointed. The setting was so picturesque with all of the palm trees and gorgeous little set up. 10/10. We will be back next time we’re around !!

The food was beautifully presented and the service was good but it just didn’t hit. We had the eggplant with to yum rice. The rice was crunchy and dry and the flavours lacking. The soft shell crab was oliy and soggy, with a very strong fish smell. The tom yum Benedict was also lacking flavour. I do love that there's unique breakfast offerings, however. So happy to support.

Went for Brekky this morning and wasn’t disappointed! Staff knew how to look after us properly, atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and no one left with empty stomachs. We ordered the pancakes, breakfast burger and the roast chicken roll everything was delicious and was quick to come out! Coffee was amazing and was a nice way to kick start the day

Called into The Pantry for a coffee and snack. Really good place to visit. The tropical surroundings have a calming effect. The coffee was top drawer the banana bread delicious. The chocolate croissant was a little heavy and not as delicious as we hoped. The Pantry staff were very good and attentive. An unknown oasis for locals which we will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Have been here a few times now & can’t go past the amazing Prawn Soft Tacos - so tasty & such good value! Wayne had the special - Croque Madame, which was excellent he said. My 1st meal here was the Crispy Crab Noodles, which I have to say was a big disappointment - extremely plain, just noodles & crab that’s it. I was initially served the prawn tacos by accident & and wished I had ordered them, which is why I gave them a try the next time I visited. All was forgiven when I had one bite!

It’s a lovely bright space with indoor & outdoor seating, & they have lovely treats too ?
