They have been wonderful during the whole process. Brianna was there from the first appointment till the last one. She knew what she was doing, explained what I needed to do for the best recovery and we had lovely easy going chats. She's easy to talk to lady and always upbeat which always helps in situations like these. The reception staff was wonderful as well with making appointments, sending documents and and sorting everything out. There is enough parking in the front and never had a problem with that. Very punctual as well, I would certainly recommend them.

I had an emergency surgery after an accident with an angle grinder where I severed tendons & nerves in my dominant hand. The hospitals emergency surgeon did not repair it correctly and I was left with nerve damage and chronic pain, unable to use my hand at all. That surgeon had told me that he could do nothing more and I would be on nerve medication and pain killers for the rest of my life. A referral was recommended to Mudgeeraba Hand Clinic which uses Palm Hand Therapy. I had a second surgery which we were concerned about whether I would get use of my hand back but I have had amazing results and can feel and begin to use my hand again. I do not suffer the horror nerve pain I was in. The therapists at Palm Hand Therapy work closely with my surgeon and supported me well. They really explained everything to me in detail in a way I could easily understand.
I am still recovering but I can sleep at night (which I hadn't since the accident) and see improvement each week. I am finally beginning strengthening exercises in my hand therapy.
As I live in a remote area they even have been able to work in with a therapist close to me so that I do not have to travel many times which has been such a blessing and help.

After having surgery on a nasty double displaced fracture last year, the Palms Hand Therapy were amazing. I had no idea of the rehab required to get back everyday movement and the lovely team of OT's and Physio's ensured I had the knowledge and tools necessary to get my best outcome. I highly recommend them for post surgery therapy.

Following hand surgery I've been attending The Palms Hand Therapy Clinic and have been extremely impressed and grateful for the care and treatment I have received.
Initially seeing Frank, and then Paul, I can confidently say that the follow up treatment and recovery advice I have received has contributed immensely to how well I am progressing.
Their explanations are thorough, clearly articulated and importantly, you are never rushed.
I'd also like to express my thanks and appreciation to all the 'office staff' as well. In any organisation it is the 'front of house' staff that set the tone for the whole experience and I can't thank them enough.
The Palms Hand Therapy Clinic comes highly recommended.
Kind regards
Peter

This practice is very well managed. The receptionists are very friendly, well organized and helpful. The venue is very nice, well decorated, spacious with an easy parking area.
My hand therapist Claire (and Patric once) has been crucial for my rehabilitation with her caring professional direction and support through those tough times.
Thank you so much

I was looked after by Claire Bladwell and Dr.Williams after partially loosing two fingers on my dominant hand. I always knew I was in the best care as they were so knowledgeable and were able to put my mind as ease if I had any concerns I couldn’t be happier with the way my hand looks with minimal scaring and more movement in my hand than I ever thought I would get if it wasn’t for having Claire helping me and Dr.Williams operating on my hand I’ll be forever grateful for all the help I received.
