There maybe a wait but these guys are worth their wait in gold. Dr Espinet has helped me for over 5/6 years now and he always makes sure he tries to help my organs to help later on in life also. Hands down the most knowledgeable person who is here to help and not just doing a job he really cares about his patients well being and wants to help them.

After many years of lumbar pain from herniated discs I discovered radio frequency neurotomy. It was life changing! I went from not being able to lift, having to be careful every time I moved for fear of spasm and many other restrictions to being almost pain free. Dr Dotchin was amazing, he listened, included me in decision making and has changed my life.

I have never had or met a nicer kinder surgeon then leigh dotchin he has so much empathy for his patients and he changed my life ,now i am struggling to walk and had to move to canberra to get help off my adult children and moved into a wheelchair friendly unit.
And have been fighting now 4 years to get the same peocedures done here in the capital of Australia but cant as yet get them done so DR DOTCHIN YOUR A GENIUS AND A DAMM GREAT DOCTOR THANKS LEIGH KENNETH PYE.

My name is kenneth pye i was a patient of dr dotchin through the persistent painclinic until he left and started the pain doctors.I have never been treated as good as i was by dr dotchin he turned my life around through his procedures he took me from a cripple to walking on the beach 4 days a week and 3 days doing light exercise at the gym.He is the most caring doctor in the 20 odd years i have battled with chronic back pain,still to this day i still haven't been treated so good and i am annoyed that i had to move to canberra to get help off my kids after my wife died and i could not see dr dotchin as i have no cover and cant afford his specialist care.
I have been now for 3 yrs trying to have the head of the canberra hospital pain clinic dr dr jain do the same procedures that dr dotchin did for me and although this dr jaine has access to all dr dotchins work i still am suffering in agony because the canberra hospital will not allow the funds for me to have these procedures that changed my life.
So i highly recommend dr dotchin to anyone that suffers from chronic pain and if you are lucky enough to be seen by dr dotchin do yourself a favour and make a call and see this genious and a very very talented and most caring doctor that will change your life that i can promise you KENNETH PYE

I’ve been under the care of Dr Leigh Dotchin and he has truly transformed my life.. Don’t get me wrong (because of my condition), I’ll never be pain-free, but in conjunction with: exercise, pain procedures and medication, he has truly given me back a quality-of-life that I didn’t have before...
