Had a great experience here! Booked in for a foot spa, body scrub, massage and facial and I was not disappointed. My treatments were performed by Bobby who is amazing! He is respectful, professional and highly skilled at what he does. All staff seemed intent on giving me a good experience and none of my treatments were rushed. They also offered me delicious orange tea throughout my treatments(:

This place is amazing! It was my first time going there and the staff were so friendly. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is so relaxing. They only book 2-3 customers at a time which is great, they make sure each customer is prioritised and not feeling rushed. I had Shaileen and this girl is fantastic! She was such a kind and lovely person, real easy to talk to and her massaging skills were on another level! She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable! Hands of gold on that woman! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be going back again!

My husband booked a super scrub for my birthday. Honestly the best place I've been to in Sydney. Clean, very warm and welcoming staff. The scrub was so good and the massage for 30min was amazing. Will definitely be returning with others

Came here spontaneously for a 60min couple relaxation massage. We were immediately welcomed at the front desk. We were able to choose the light to medium pressure at the door which was something of importance to us after experience at other massage places.

Other reviews being negative about the atmosphere of the place being in a warehouse were of no issue to us. It is a warehouse so I think they have done a great job with the decorations and aesthetics as best as possible, almost like a resort.

We had Patti and Sheiline for the massage and they were one of the best clinicians we've had. Very high knowledge of the body's anatomy so that meant they knew exactly what direction to work on each muscle and this made us feel really satisfied and relaxed at the end. Which again, is something lacking in a few other places we have gone to. The room had air-conditioning too. Only reason we did not give 5 stars is only due to being able to hear people using the spas outside. However this is a minor thing and an easy fix with possibly some music.

Honey and lemon tea was offered at the end which was a nice touch.

Overall, would come back again!

Just a few things about the place:

Atmosphere: for what it is, it’s good but it does also feel like you’re in a display warehouse, I also probably wouldn’t recommend staying there for longer than an hour or 2 because after a while the bathhouse does tend to get a little boring.

Facilities: very clean and well kept

Massage; it was pretty good, just make sure to communicate with the therapist about the pressure. I found myself saying a couple times to lighten the pressure, as she goes quite hard.

Bringing sophistication, relaxation, style, contemporary and south east asian fusion - I literally felt like I stepped into a hotel in Thailand. I was so impressed by the venue, so clean, quiet, the staff were really friendly. Amenities are amazing. Have already booked our next visit. The best part was the remedial massage - this was A-class perfection. Would highly recommend!

This is the most ridiculous place I have ever been too there souna burnt my back and wasn’t working properly and it’s the biggest rip off I don’t recommend anyone going to this place and the owners trying to act up because I am speaking facts there souna all the rubbers coming out looks like it’s 5 years old my and my partner hated this place the fact they didn’t wanna refund me and think it’s okay
