Very disappointed with access. Had to attend this medical practice in order to access pathology early January.
It's all up on level 1 ☹️. There is a small 2 person lift, no instructions. Very surprised that this practice was moved to an upstairs location that has a mini lift. Maybe clientele are all young people.

Very Disappointing
Less than a year ago, I would have and did refer so many people to this Clinic Under the medical profession and teaching's of this family run Clinic.

However the Australian MEDIAL Association have received a email from myself with concern that the proprietor is double dipping and NOT continuing with ongoing training that is REQUIRED by our FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

We are new to Maryborough and needed a good Dr asap. We chose Micheal Monsour. He is better than good, he was great a taking care of us. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis among other issues. Micheal was on to it. The surgery has everything we need. Blood test. Minor surgery’s etc.

Not very educational especially dr monsuar. Told him I was augmenting his response was he speaks English it didn't matter if the medication was dangerous he still could not grasp that or what augmenting meant. Havnt slept in days. They need more education

Dr Monsaur himself threatened to report me as a drug problem bc I was on endone during a stent in place and had endone for my surgery. Could not understand again 🙄 this man really has a problem.

We have been coming here for three years now. We have seen Dr Monsour and Dr Shannon. Both are very capable, knowlegable and caring. The new premises are lovely. Rebecca and the staff are efficient, kind and friendly. This is a very busy practice but they always manage to fit is in promptly. I know people who wait weeks for appointments elsewhere. Having the phlebotomy nurse on site is a bonus.

Very thorough and knowledgeable doctor, willing to help us travellers out. Lovely personable, friendly reception pathology & nursing staff, little to no wait for set appointment, efficient service, bulk billing. The locals recommended I come here; I did snd give them 5 stars! ! So much so that Im going back Friday!!

So far we have seen dcotor Habibi and doctor Fola. Both times we got in same day, bulk billed and lovely reception staff.
Both times we also had a great experience with doctors who were real people, very comforting and patient. Was very impressed with proper periodontal antibiotic treatment by doctor Habibi. Doctor Fola did an amazing job of a procedure as well. Highly recommend.
Would be awesome if they had a website to book online. But not a major issue when you can phone and get an appt.
