Tried to make appointment for my husband with Dr Monsour only to be told he refuses to see my husband as he has outstanding bills. Never has he received a bill or has an over due bill been posted out to us. Tried to explain this but was told he could see another Dr however not Dr Monsour . This surgery has very poor customer service and quiet frankly poor business practices. Wont be going back and certainly will not recommend them to anyone. We always pay our bills on time and had i known there was a bill it would have been paid 🤬🤬🤬

Was treated less than equal because I'm female... trying to care for an elderly person & do the best I can for them as a carer... I am not impressed with the mannerism of the doctor I dealt with.. we are all equal in Australia!

Dr Michael Monsour from Monsour Medical Clinic refused antibiotics to my 4x Covid jabbed 80 year old father with severe infection unless he consented to a 5th shot. All his issues have been since he was jabbed.

Average GP office that consistently overbooks appointments and makes you wait. Probably don't need to ever be on time. Be at least 20 minutes late it won't change their day

Having mental health crisis and get abused by the doctor for calling as directed on their website. How could anyone expect a fair and compassionate response to support mental health patient. Never go here as they don't care about the patient or their illness.

Great clerical and nursing staff. If you are a patient of Dr monsour you are extremely fortunate as he is a g.p. with much experience.
