I usually love this place. But was very disappointed today. Have always come here for my teeth whitening. But this time round I received chemical burns on the gums. Which left white spots on my gums. They are now very sore, inflamed, bright red and sensitive. This has never happened before. The procedure did burn and was uncomfortable the entire time. I also had booked in with Ashleigh as I've never had problems with her. But I received a different lady named Vicki. I was not informed that Ashleigh would be away.

I just had a signature facial with Vicki I’ve walked out feeling absolutely amazing, so relaxed and my skin feels incredible. What a beautiful place to treat yourself and the staff are gorgeous women. I absolutely recommend treating yourself ladies 💕

First timer and as soon as you walk in you feel like you are in a hidden 5 star resort. You are welcomed, shown to one of many beautiful but peaceful rooms and then to top it off an amazing staff member puts you straight at ease. I met Ruby and she was just so warm and genuine. The lady I was seeing prior, I had been going to for 12 years so was a bit nervous but that was thrown straight out the window upon my visit. Already booked in again. Cannot wait. 👌

Today I went and had my very first Lash Lift with Ruby, I was super nervous as I have very sensitive eyes. Not only did Ruby make me feel super comfortable she knew I just needed reassurance throughout it all which is what she did. Explained everything at every step. Then went above and beyond with advice on my skin damage from a accident with bleach. Ruby is just beautiful and has an amazing wealth of knowledge and takes the time to listen to skin concerns and her recommendations are to your concerns not too promote products which I’ve experienced many times at other spas. Don’t ever leave Ruby, I’ve finally found someone to come to for all my skin and lash needs.
