I travelled all the way from Glasgow to have my 2 lip piercing holes removed. This is something I’ve been wanting to have done for 15 years. Naturally I was really apprehensive and it actually took me over a year of communications with the clinic to decide to book the procedure. Now I have finished my treatment and have the stitches removed and I’m so so happy I did, especially with The London Cosmetic Clinic. The process was easy and I felt so comfortable with the whole team. Dr Johnson and the doctor’s assistants were so friendly, welcoming and happy to explain and answer any concerns I had. I trusted Dr Johnson fully and felt so comfortable in her care, she had a great manner and so did the rest of the team. I’m so so glad I went ahead with my procedure and I would definitely come back if there was another treatment I wanted to get. It was definitely worth the long journeys and I am so happy with my result, I wish I’d have done it sooner

After my consultation with Dr salinda Johnson, I felt at ease for the
first time in years. I highly reccomend this place as in my opinion there are not many surgeons from my own research that have expertise on piercing holes+ scarring in london , as i thought i would of had to travel to europe, she is one of the best and explained my procedure thoroughly which made me feel more comfortable, in addition her and her team are very kind sweet people and I will be recommending her to any person who has had a similar experience to my self with scarring to prevent them from having to travel abroad thank you again

I would NEVER, EVER have believed I could get these DARK, LUMPY & HARD Keloids OFF my body! ? But thanks to @thelondoncosmeticclinic and most ESPECIALLY theeeeee phenomenal Dr Salina Johnson, she made it possible when I had doubts! The lumpy and hard keloids are GONE!!!!!!! And soon the dark colour will also be GooOooone and it will be as if it was never there! Hello bikinis ?

I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told that the clinic was running 30 minutes behind schedule, the 30 minutes wait soon led to a 1 hour wait.

The front of house/receptionist was very apologetic on the doctors behalf. I asked how long would the wait be now and was told unfortunately, the doctor has locked the door thus they are unable to give me an estimated time.

I have been with the clinic since they were based at Knightsbridge and have never received such a poor service.

I do not understand why patients are booked in if there is no capacity to see them. To have to wait over an hour to be seen without any update on the waiting time is disgusting.

I will not be returning to the London Cosmetic clinic. Do not waste your time or money attending this clinic ! As there are plenty of clinics within the area that will give you the top class quality of customer care you pay for (and this clinic clearly is not one of them).

My keloid treatment, please read if you are considering having your keloid removed with the LCC. I had my earlobe keloid removed with the LCC in 2020.
Surgery: my keloid was ‘shaved’ off with a machine. I was given an eye ointment and saline to clean the wound during the 3-4 weeks healing time that I was given. (Something that I should have queried is the fact that they gave me an eye ointment to put in an open wound in my ear). The wound healed eventually and I continued with some extremely painful steroid injunctions. I removed my keloid in August and by December my scar started growing again. In fact, it came back two times bigger and I develop 2 keloids instead of the one that I had initially. Don’t be influenced by the before and after photos you might see on their social media as those are taking a month/ few months from the removal (as per my own experience). I know that keloid scars have a high recurrence rate, BUT the shaving method used (at least in my case) is DEFINITELY not the best option so do your research and ask all the questions that I did not ask as I genuine trusted them.
The reception team was not the best either sometimes they were super nice and other times they were simply not…
Overall, if I could travel in time I would have preferred to have my 1 keloid than the two that I ended up with as result of using this clinic. I hope this helps someone make the right decision.

My last recent appointments haven’t been the best with regards to time management. The staff here are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond. However, Dr Johnson is never on time. I come to my appointment on time so, I’d expect to be seen on time. She doesn’t see me on time and she doesn’t apologise. I get the impression that she doesn’t really care but I also get the impression that if I spent a lot more money here, I’d get priority. I’ve seen this happen first hand, whereby somewhere has taken my time slot because she was getting so many things done on her face. I honestly miss Dr Miller, this didn’t happen when she was around. I do hope Dr Johnson can do better, I’m not the only customer who this has happened to, there was a gentlemen waiting before me and he was waiting 1 hour and a 30 minutes and he eventually just left, bless him.

I attempted to book a consultation (I should have read the reviews beforehand) and I requested a specific time, which they couldn’t do and I asked to be rescheduled and got no reply for WEEKS from Rachna Sharma.

It’s embarrassing how many negative reviews the clinic has and how many of them are about the lack of customer service from Rachna specifically.

They definitely lost me as a client
