The way this person just spoke to
My daughter and ridiculed her like a bully is appalling and gives strong evidence to the previous one star reviews ... it's really dangerous for people with attitudes like this to be exposing themselves to those with mental health issues and I will be reporting to the relevant governing body's

And now saying I was recorded without express permission .... how did you download and listen to calls ? There is no recording advising people of this .... I rest my case in regards to the lack of professionalism

Honestly don't understand the one star reviews, don't let it sway you, the staff are kind and Rebecca will always go above and beyond for people, even allowing calls to her just to ensure you are always taken care of, I have never met anyone who was so understanding and yet direct with coming up with a plan to help in any way she can, I highly recommend her and to go see for yourself.

Very disappointing experience.

After getting my referral done and sent in I awaited some response - didn't get one.

I called up 2 weeks later, Pam found my details, said she would call me back. She didn't.

I called again two weeks later and she said she would call me back in the afternoon. That was 12 days ago.

I don't think the issue is the service you provide, I think the issue is the administration staff (Pam) who is very incapable of doing the most simple of tasks.

If you're here you're most probably looking, maybe try somewhere else first.

After going through the wringer with other clinics I’m so glad I was referred to The Light Side. Pam was lovely to deal with on every occasion and I can’t speak highly enough for Rebecca as a psychiatrist 11/10 👌
