They rarely answer their phone and will cancel your appointment if they cannot contact you so make sure you confirm by leaving a message or replying to the text they sent to confirm.

All staff at this practice are very caring and helpful. The office staff always do there best to accommodate your needs for appointments and are helpful in the waiting area. The psychologists are great listeners and are always going out of there way to make you feel safe and comfortable in there environment. Overall i give this business 5 Stars.

These people have very poor time management and communication. The availability of appointment times is not friendly to anyone who works full time. Reception staff cannot think outside the square. I would highly discourage anyone thinking of making an appointment here.
