My Reiki sessions with Journey To Me are always so relaxing, hard to explain the way I feel during and after the session but it's amazing. Feels like I've had the biggest most beautiful hug. I'm feeling more balanced and clearer in my thinking and the way I deal and cope with life. My mind body and soul feel more aligned and Clare is always happy to chat about things after the session. I have had a number of EFT and Reiki sessions with Clair at Journey to me and I have found them not only beneficial but actually life changing. There were issues in my life that were weighing me down but I didn’t know how much until Clair showed me just how much EFT can help.

She has assisted me in clearing these issues from my life and I feel happier, more confident and free from the mental weight. Each appointment I have and the more I learn about how EFT can help, the better I feel within myself.

The Reiki treatment is beyond good. It is truly the most relaxing therapy and this along with the EFT have made me happier healthier and emotionally more stable. I find myself looking forward to my next appointment.

If you have any issues, sadness, trauma ,anxiety, anger etc, I highly recommend you make an appointment for some EFT and Reiki sessions with Clair. You certainly will not regret it and like me wonder why you hadn’t discovered this earlier. Thanks Clair for everything you have done for me!

Clair is such a beautiful soul that enjoys giving her upmost to anyone in need. She focuses primarily on the person as a whole and treats her patients with deep care and respect. She not only focuses on the mindset of stress itself and it's relation to the body, but also helps others to see where mental patterns can be altered to reduce the amount of stress in life. She has been given a beautiful gift of healing with her hands and has such a kind personality. Clair strives for the best client care and holds herself to a high standard. I have had many massages and Psych-K experiences with Clair and together they have improved my mental and physical health immensely. I recommend anyone to Clair who needs to reset and refocus their body and mind!!

Clair is so warm and welcoming, she made me feel so comfortable and made my pain and stress drift away at my first appointment that I’ve now scheduled in a fortnightly appointment to see her! I honestly count down the days until my next remedial massage. I had never experienced reiki before but I felt this instant calming and grounding. I couldn’t recommend her enough! ☀️🌻

I have been seeing Clair for some time now and I would highly recommend her. She has a fantastic range of skills that she uses holistically. The most beneficial being the EFT! This has vastly improved my quality of life and would suggest anyone to give it a go.
