I’ve had the privilege of working at The INS Group for over 20 years, and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey. I cannot say that my experience with INS Group was positive. This company insists on pre-payment before providing the equipment; in hindsight, I should have gone with my better judgement and found another provider. Although I had spoken to a representative at length and explained what my requirements were, when the technician arrived to install the equipment it did not meet my expectations and was not able to provide the service that I had requested, so the equipment was returned. INS refunded only part of the money I had paid in advance, and would not refund the fee for the technician, even though it was they who had misrepresented their equipment to me.
