Love this place!
I started seeing Dr Zach over a year ago (my first ever chiropractor) I had neck pain/back pain, headaches and sleeping issues. Zach really listened to me and my concerns, he made a plan after some X-rays to help improve my subluxations. IN8 life is such a welcoming, positive safe space and all the reception staff are lovely. Dr Zach and Dr Lydia are both really caring, genuine Drs and I always feel safe in their hands. My neck pain has gone, my back pain is much improved, im sleeping better and my headaches are few and far between. I feel so many improvements to my overall health and well-being. It’s been such a positive experience, I would highly recommend to anyone. The changes to my spine in a year have been amazing!

I am very grateful for the results that my son and I have experienced since we started our chiropractic care with Dr Lydia at In 8 life. The atmosphere is incredible, warm, welcoming and professional. Highly organised practice managed by staff who truly care about their patients. My mental clarity has finally come back as a result of solving my brain fog problem.
