Having nearly snapped my neck as a boy, I have spent three and change decades bouncing from chiropractor to physio to everything in between.

Two years ago, I started getting permanent pain. As in, every day, every hour. I was desperate.

Cue Gabriela (chiro) and Jonno (physio). Gabby did not just go straight for my neck and finally diagnosed me with hyperflexibility and has not touched my actual neck once, focusing on my upper back. She does not crack for the sake of appearances.
Jonno was extremely knowledgeable and patient, slowly introducing me to exercises specifically focused on regaining my strength in weakened muscles.

Over a year of seeing them and I can honestly say they fixed something I thought had become chronic. Yes, I had to do a lot of work. But they taught me how and guided me.

I can't thank or recommend them and this place enough. The reception staff are wonderful too.

11/10. As long as this place is around, I'll be coming back.
