As an avid runner, finding THBC and a physio like Tom who was knowledgeable and understood the sport was a godsend. I’d been to other local physios and found them lacking, unable to fully understand what my training was putting me through and how to best target my areas of concern. Straight away from the first visit Tom understood my situation perfectly and has provided guidance since to help me avoid or keep on top of injury.

After a few years of persevering pelvic pain, an MRI later and concluding its not getting better with time so I headed into THBC. Since starting physio the pain is gone unless I lift without help and I have more knowledge on how it all works thanks to my physiotherapist who I believe is as essential as my doc, dentist and hair stylist and others. I highly recommend Eray and the friendly THBC team...Thank you Eray.
