I really needed some time out to unwind as a tired Mum and my stay was perfect.

Beautiful rooms, so peaceful and I really loved that there’s a focus on removing the things that interrupt sleep. They had blue light blockers & a WiFi clean space, so I slept really well.

The water and air was filtered and the bed so comfy!

Plus the Bathhouse next door helped my body and mind to relax and I felt so much more chilled after my stay. The staff were caring and friendly too.

The new accommodation has really gone above and beyond. The rooms are beautiful and toxin free and the beds are very comfortable. We spent a lovely weekend there, with access to the Byron Bathhouse next door. What a great weekend!

The Bath House and accommodation was beyond my expectations. The rooms were subtly luxurious, welcoming, peaceful and wonderfully comfortable. The facilities at The Bath House stunning and also very relaxing and nourishing. I wish there was one near me!

AMAZING PLACE, super beautiful and nice atmosphere. left their new bath house facilities feeling like a new person ! i love the sented ice baths was a really nice experience also the mineral spa was amazing.

Very restful the blue light blockers really helped to signal to my brain it’s time to sleep. Loved the clean WiFi sleep space as well. Great access to the byron bathhouse too.

Had a great acupuncture and cupping treatment with Bec Martin at the health lodge today. It was super relaxing and she was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Was a little nervous about getting acupuncture as it had been a few years but she put me at ease and I finished the treatment feeling super relaxed.

Highly recommend, will definitely be booking myself and my wife in again with her.
