John Fletcher is one of the most kind, patient and passionate professionals I’ve ever dealt with. His knowledge and treatment plans are exquisite. My treatment did not go as we both planned but instead of continuing to have me come in and get the cash, he was honest and said it’s time to find further help. In which in his own time helped with. Their state of the art equipment is amazing.

I had chronic lower back pain for 15+ years. Had tried other Physios and chiropractors in the past but they never got me pain free. After a bad patch of pain I tried seeing John Fletcher at HPM Centre. Even after the first session I got so much relief that I cried in the car after I left. I couldn’t believe how quickly some targeted manipulation and trigger point work had relieved my symptoms. After 12 sessions and a lot of self continued stretching and exercise I now have almost all days pain free. I am greatly appreciative of the expert knowledge and practice that John gave me whilst being treated. This will be my first call if I ever require treatment in the future.

Not a patient but a victim of a doctor who used to work there. The person who took my statements and evidence believed me and took the necessary actions (the doctor confessed on the phone on speaker what he did and this was heard by the witnessing worker). Last time I checked that doctor was no longer working there despite clearly having been a popular doctor. Great empathetic people who clearly cared about the right thing and NOT defending 'their own kind' when they mess up.

I understand if this gets removed due to legal reasons, but I wanted to write this anyway to show my appreciation. You can say they cured my mental headache.

This center is the best i have been to for migraine headache. But i strongly advise patients to carefully understand with the help of the physiotherapist the root cause. I think patients have about 70% obligation to keep track of (sense) + &-changes so that Dr. can help. After 25years struggling with migraine, i now know the root causes and i manage them. Pls watch out for posture (nerves), light and sound possible triggers.

I’ve been to many physios & chiro & massages to try and sort out my neck pain. But the treatment I’m getting from Nathan seems to be working really well. My neck is moving a lot better. My weekly sessions are now fortnightly and hopefully becomes even less frequent!

I’ve been seeing Nathan for headaches/migraines/neck pain for a few weeks now and I have honestly never walked out of a session with *any* kind of health professional feeling more heard, understood, or confident in a treatment plan. He is amazing. He explained everything in a way that made simple, perfect sense, without making me feel like he was dumbing things down or downplaying/discrediting the pain that I get, and it was very much a ‘working with you’ not ‘working on you’ approach. All of the staff I have met are incredibly driven and very caring.

Can not recommend Nathan highly enough. I started at the clinic with both upper back and headaches/migraines about 4 or 5 weeks ago. For context, I do weightlifting 4 days a week, have two young kids (so lots of asymmetric holding, bending etc.) and am in my late 30's. By session 3 my headaches had almost completely gone away and my back pain was significantly reduced. He effectively listened to my issues and asked a lot of questions and then just seemed to know what the answer was. He hit all the right pain points and gave the effective advice for strengthening, stretching and mobilising outside of the clinic. Looking forward to continuing my program and seeing what results I get!
