You seem to think it’s ok to move appointments back 20 minutes without notifying patients. You obviously don’t value your patients time…. The appointment was made at the time I selected for a reason, because you moved it, my daughter had to walk in the dark from work up to the GP. It’s not good enough.

The doctors and nursing staff are not only highly skilled and dedicated they also show amazing compassion and really care about their patients. Not forgetting the wonderful and really committed receptionists/angels. The whole practice goes above and beyond in their health care and support. A reassuring old fashioned service in today’s day and age. Highly highly recommend this surgery.

My doctor there is absolutely wonderful, but the ladies on the front desk….. l have an exemption from wearing a mask, but they don’t care and insist l put one on, l have had a number of words with them about this, they can quite abrupt about it!
An older patient came in with a badge on saying she couldn’t wear a musk, and they still gave her a hard time questioning her about it!! I WANT TO TELL THEM TO STICK THERE MASK WHERE THE SUN DONT SHINE! Lol!

This medical practice takes exceptional care of their patients. Not only do the Dr's communicate well with their patients, I feel the staff and anyone who works there also take on the same values and ethics. They are a TEAM and pool together all of their wisdom when facing the more challenging and complex illnesses. Knowing this has made 'The Hastings Medical Clinic' my NO.1 'GO TOO' place for medical advice & treatment for myself and my whole entire family! Cannot praise them enough. Tina.

I got told by one of their doctors to come in today on Saturday walk ins because it was urgent I do so, I got in at 11:45 & the doctor was still with a patient, the lady at the desk tried saying they closed in two minutes & then the doctor refused to see me, I might possibly have appendix issues or kidney stones, & doctor couldn’t stay a extra 10minutes to check me & give me a ultrasound slip I desperately need that the doctor told me I needed, care more about leaving on the exact time than patients, don’t go here for emergency’s because they would rather not waste their time, the lady’s at the desk can be rude & care more about wearing masks more than anything, even when I was heavily pregnant & could hardly catch my breath they would force a mask on straight away, will never be coming back here again as my health matters more I’ve now wasted my time, & will probably have to go into hospital.
