Dr Preeth Prakash has been the best Dr I've been to in Canberra. She is kind and takes the time to understand my needs. I don't feel rushed out. The clinic is convenient, staff friendly and I'm very happy to continue coming to the GP Hub.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at GP Hub today (Dr. Preeth). We arrived just a few minutes late for my son’s appointment, and the doctor refused to see him. What makes this even more frustrating is that we’ve often waited over 20 minutes past our appointment time in the past without complaint — yet today, there was no flexibility or understanding shown toward us.

My son needed to be seen, and the lack of compassion or consideration from the staff was unacceptable. As patients, we’re expected to be patient and understanding when delays happen on their side — it’s only fair to expect the same in return, especially when it involves a child.

I hope this feedback helps encourage better communication and a more balanced, empathetic approach to patient care in the future.

I have been seeing Dr Lucy Andrawes for years and have recently started seeing her through the GP Hub. I recommend Dr Andrawes to anyone needing a podiatrist in the ACT - she is fantastic. Her attention to detail, genuine care and thoroughness is not like anything I've experienced before, and for me was genuinely life changing. Her kind, caring and non-judgemental nature really shines in this profession and I'd happily follow her for many years to come, though I need to see her less and less frequently now due to the exceptional care she has provided me.

Have been a regular with Dr. Preeth Prakash at The GP Hub, she’s our family GP and i cannot recommend her enough. We never have to wait, the staff is super friendly and Dr. Preeth always gives the best and the right advice. One of the best doctors ever. Highest recommend her and The GP Hub! 🙂

Don’t even bother with this place if you have chronic health issues. They will tell you it’s all in your head and dismiss any symptoms you have completely. I have never been so insulted in my life. Dr Sonam is amazing and moved to Bruce from a different practice, now she is on maternity leave and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO BRUCE GP HUB. Urge others with chronic health issues to use caution. They will also keep you waiting nearly an hour after your appointment due to ‘urgent meetings’
