I have always found the doctors at the Good Shepherd Medical Wauchope to be knowledgeable, understanding and professional. The receptionist are very helpful and friendly also.

Sadly one of the worst experiences I've had at a GP. Doctor was dismissive and disinterested. Spoke over me and ignored half the symptoms I described. The ones that were taken notice of were for a pre-existing condition which I gave only as background information.

I was bundled out of the consulting room as fast as possible with a prescription I didnt need

I cannot speak for the other doctors there and the receptionists were lovely but overall, very disappointing.

Denied a family member to go see her doctor that she has for years now, for unknown reasoning. Very disappointing and is discrimination. Will not book any future appointment or recommendations again.
