I found the receptionist to very uncompromising and rude, I spoke to my doctor, after discussing the issue I had with reception then to have had them send me letter telling me that they no longer would look after me, yet no signature to bottom, and to have not call back to discuss this all before a major op, that coming up, I had to then try to find a doctor to fill in the details to have them on board, ready for the operaton. "Where is the duty of care?"not professional Even to point they blocked my number and would not answer, hmmm what if I was calling for a friend or elderly neighbour? Totally wrong, and there needs someone up the chain to see what's really going on in this surgery.

I am very happy with Dr Han.

He allowed me to do telehealth appointments during the pandemic. Is very thorough and takes all concerns on board.

I love that I can book online for my appointments and generally never have an issue getting an appointment!

Easy parking and pathology in the building! Great!!!

Great Doctor.
Front receptionist that works on Monday's is rude, ignorant and should not be working in this industry. No empathy, nor compassion demonstrated. Other receptionists are great that work in the latter half of the week.

My doctor I had for two years left with no notice an still hasn't been replaced months later the temporary doctor in place sent me for test told me they'd contact me with results an still haven't heard how they went
