I was introduced to The Golden Space by my sister and mother who always raved about their meditation, retreats and workshops. Lured in by curiosity and inspired by my own family member's transformation, I signed up for their 7days program in Jakarta. What I thought would be a just a normal meditation retreat ended up being the best decision I have ever made in terms of transforming my entire life, mindset and beliefs system. Returning back to Melbourne, I was devastated to know their Australian Center was located in Sydney because I was hungry for more. Lo and behold, I found out they starting to held classes online. I rejoiced but at the same time hesitant at the beginning,surely the experience would be significantly reductive and terribly impersonal via zoom. I was wrong. I gained so much more because I ended up going to more classes and workshops because of the convenience to connect from any locations, and I am able to meet and spend time with amazing people from all over Australia and the globe. Siobhan, Nick, Margaret and Joey from The Golden Space Australia are the warmest and sincerest people I have ever met in my entire life. They are the biggest angels and cheerleaders in my life and would do their utmost to help me switch my mindset into a more positive outlook when I am struggling. I used to suffer from anxiety, depression and low self esteem and confidence. Meditation is just one of the tools they use to help me find my inner calm and listen to my inner self, the lessons I have gained from their workshops have helped me to face my fear, realised my true value and worth and actualize my dreams and my life purpose. I now have claimed my own power in the creation of my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to The Golden Space.

I found meditation can actually be fun and enjoyable through The Golden Space.
The team are amazing people, warm and kind with diverse skills to guide you. I have learned what it means to be calm and centered as opposed to stress and worries.
