Absolutely would highly recommend The Gentle Dentist to anyone. Dr Jack Liu is
amazingly good. Had 2 fillings done today & was very gentle, kind & thorough.

The staff were all very pleasant as always, but i didn't feel like the hygienist I had this time was very confident during my cleaning so I left feeling not as clean as usual. But I will continue to come here as I have for years and have no complaints otherwise. I do wish there was no gap payments with my NIB membership though so if we could remove that, I'd give 5 stars.

Visited yesterday for a check up and clean. They where absolutely amazing and lived up to their name of being gentle.. the visibly didn’t cost me anything and I’ll definitely be back for my regular check ups

We had a very good experience at gentle dental. They managed our neurodiverse children with ease. They spent time to explain the problems concerns for all of our family and the options - pros and cons. They were transparent with there fees. They also cleaned and set up a regular routine check in and plan and reminder of what we need to be doing. Special thanks to sophie who was kind and caring and gentle with our kids who left dentist not scared but excited for there next visit.

The only dentist I will go to. Dr Sophie is very gentle and her work is great. They explain everything. My son is very anxious going however they accommodate his anxiety and get the job done.

My 15yr & 10yr don’t like going to the dentist but Dr Sophie was great with both of them. She was kind and patient. Very happy with the experience.
