Hi everyone, I visited the GP at this practice (I have been their patient). I went to get my annual blood tests done and explained the doctor why I feel the need ...fatigue, muscle cramps recent developments etc. which took 22 mins and I am charged long appointment charges. Stating that anything above 15 mins will be charged so and because I was telling multiple issue going in my body.
Good to know one should be clocking time with doctor. What about patients time? I am seen by the doctor almost 40 mins after my scheduled time? Is my employer going to pay me for that or the practice? Time is time for anybody!

From the lovely reception staff to the amazing doctors and nurses, this GP clinic is wonderful. It is very reassuring to have a great GP clinic with two young children in the local area. Highly recommend Dr Billy and his team!

I recently joined the practice as a new patient as my Dr (Leo Popp) has moved here and I like having him as my doctor. I visited them today and the service from all the staff was wonderful (Dr Popp, the Reception staff and the nurse from Melbourne Pathology who took my blood). I had a really lovely and welcoming experience and I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a clinic to serve you.

So grateful to the receptionist who booked my 5yo daughter, Chloe in on the same day to seek medical care.

This clinic is situated on a busy Warrigal road and I was so stressed to find the location. But, all the ladies at the reception were so lovely and they calmed me down instantly. They are doing such an incredible job of making people like me feeling welcome and warmth. so thankful to them.

Also, we are so fortunate to see Dr. Esther Tan who is caring and very supportive of my daughter. Together, we managed to make my daughter do the impossible task. I have decided to have her as my daughter’s permanent doctor.

Just had a child appointment. We were told that children under 13 are bulk billed . When we booked an appointment for 6pm the receptionist never said there is out of pocket after 4pm. It’s a bit sneaky to charge which the receptionist could have informed while booking the appointment. When asked about this, they asked to refer to website. Otherwise, the doctor was great with the child, it’s the attitude of the receptionist that contributed to low rating.

Two years ago, after searching for a regular GP for years, I came across Dr Billy and now, even since moving 30mins away, would never go to another clinic.

Beyond the awesomeness of Dr Billy, all other doctors I have had at The General Practitioner have been kind, caring and willing to explain the ‘why’ behind their conclusions. More so, the reception staff have always tried to fit me in when I have been in a tiff and been so lovely.

Cannot recommend the general practitioner high enough. From the entry point of feeling welcomed by the staff at the desk to the professionalism of the doctors at the centre. I personally have had some difficult to solve health issues for years which has been handled and resolved in a caring manner and has made my quality of life so much better. Thankyou again team at the general practitioner for your time and care.
