There was a server here named Andrew who on discovering my partner had a script from the hospital with a mistake on it proceeded to treat her like a deviant. I ended up having a conversation with this individual who after 1 hr of waiting and a trip back to the hospital where they expressed their disgust with the Condamine pharmacy attitude but provided a new script decided to initially laugh at me. Needless to say the Condamine knows what a hospital script looks like. On expressing my upset with this he sought to hide behind the excuse that I was just abusing staff. My partner was in real pain and this man showed 0 customer service or care. I believe that he was more interested in bullying a 5 foot 2 woman. I am posting this because I believe the Condamine staff should know they are not God's because they distribute medicine, they are a business that exists to make money. To accuse a customer of abuse just because they express upset at mistreatment is itself abuse of power. My partner and I have both worked for law enforcement over the past 10 years, are upstanding citizens of society and do not deserve to be treated the way we were today. Andrew should have swallowed his pride and sought to serve us more effectively but because he did not I suggest a major retraining is in order. I say this because the woman who finalised our order was exemplary and deserves whatever accolades might be provided by this employer. Needless to say I have never had anything like this level of drama from priceline in the shopping centre and we won't be back.

Staff are always friendly, nothing is too much trouble. It's in a great location being in the same building as the Condamine Medical Centre. Getting a prescription filled had never been easier. Yearly membership is as cheap as & give you discounts on a range of things......& it's a local business👍🏽
