Katika is one of the rare ones, she cares deeply and has the knowledge to match.
I have been struggling with my son’s chronic sinus for years, I have tried all the approaches with no movement.

Katika is the best in the business; she is so knowledgeable and knowledgeable effective in her field. I can either present with more general issues like fatigue or more specific issues like a sore upper right neck and she will treat incredibly well. Also excellent for cosmetic acupuncture; maintaining brightness and energy in the skin. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I’ve been seeing Katika for acupuncture for the last 15+ years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has helped me with a range of things - sports injuries, respiratory sickness, immunity, general wellbeing. Katika treats with a holistic perspective and will not only treat the immediate problem but will also address other underlying issues and contributing causes. I always leave appointments feeling better than before and always experience such positive results. I was recommended to see Katika when I was looking to start a family and had been misdiagnosed with PCOS. Regular sessions helped me regulate my periods and I fell pregnant shortly afterwards. We have just welcomed our little girl and the support I have had from Katika from the beginning and throughout the final trimester has been outstanding. I went to see Katika at the Family Wellness Centre for help with a chronic ‘pins and needles’ issue that was having a negative impact on my lifestyle. She treated my problem with a combination of acupuncture, moxibustion and massage. I looked forward to the treatments which always left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. After a couple of visits I started to feel a real improvement, and after a few more the results I experienced simply blew me away.
