This would've been my second appointment with this practice as I have just attended for an appointment with Dr Jo which didn't happen. Waited 40 minutes and nobody bothered with me. I just sat there like a complete idiot watching people arrive after me leave before me. Had to leave as had another appointment so went to reception to advise them, they couldn't care less when I said I was leaving, no apology, no offer to re-book not even a goodbye. When I registered I was told I needed an appointment to discuss family history, fair enough I thought then I got charged $118 for the privilege of 10 minutes of their time as I was told when I queried the cost that this was an extra long consultation. I should've know after this, my first experience with them, not to bother anymore. They are an utter disgrace.

Absolutely disgraceful.
A simple pathology test.
Was told, "just take a seat, won't be long".
45 minutes later I asked about time delay, was told "there are still a couple before you ".
I have watched 6 people go into pathology room since then.
The air-conditioning is freezing.
The screeching receptionist has asked people loudly what they want to see a doctor for...none of her business....
A woman with a small child came out of doctors room, told the receptionist that the doctor wanted to see the child again in a week, the receptionist replied that she had no appointments for at least a fortnight.
Avoid this practice...I don't know if the doctors are any good but the reception staff....ghastly

Doctors are generally great, reception staff on the other hand are rude and unhelpful. They forget they are dealing with people that would much rather not be there so some empathy and compassion wouldn’t go astray. The staff at their Yeppoon practice could teach them a thing or two.

Just made me wait an hour to see a doctor to get test results back, was charged $91 to be told he didn’t even have the results back. Reception was rude on top of that and so far from understanding.

Phoned to try to get an appointment some are quite rude and brush you off quickly sorry I was in pain and crying just excuse short staffed well ok I understand but how about having some empathy and advise maybe contact yeppoon no just that's it go away
