I came to visit Megan to reset my nutritional behaviour after being diagnosed with a bladder disorder amongst other complications. I had my physical house in order with daily practice in meditation and physical activity. What was lacking was my nutritional acumen. I needed Megan to educate me on the benefits of the varying types of food, coupled with little things like adding seeds to a meal and adopting specific supplements. All of which helped to put me firmly on the road to recovery with the end goal of stopping prescription medication.

Megan is so capable, knowledgeable, personable, and giving of her expertise and passion for nutrition. Providing me with a meal plan full of anti-inflammatory nutrients prior to my surgery. I can happily report two months post op I am fighting fit and continue to adopt those lessons, suggestions and recipes Megan so generously shared.
