It's 180 dollars for your first appointment. And only some doctors offer small discounts to pensioners and disabilities cards. I am a little bit horrified at the lack of financial support for people for example on disability pension. I'm not sure how they expect a pensioner or a disabled person to pay 180 bucks to check out a cold. The receptionist left me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time while she checked and then when she took me off hold she asked me why I was on hold. This practice is a money hungry mess.

The attention from the receptionist is great, however everytime we go to see Dr Hope we have to wait more than an hour to be attended, regardless an appointment made. This is frustrating considering having twin toddlers...I think this shows lack of respect, care, emphaty and professionalism.
Definitely we do not recommend this Dr.

The GP is one of those rare professionals: someone with a lot of training and experience, plus a very good listener who genuinely cares. Hope has been my GP for many years. I got lucky.

I have taken my Grandma here once or twice. The receptionist and Doctor Hope Huang seemed friendly, and Grandma seems to trust the doctor.
