This has to be the most useless doctor I’ve been to in my entire life.
1- the receptionist are rude and dismissive.
2-doctors are always late
3- doctors don’t even apologise for running late
We have to wait over an hour for appointment we have booked ourselves
I have made so many complaints there was nothing done. When I voiced my opinion, I received a call stating the doctors will no longer see me because I wanted to make a complaint against a doctor. The doctor breached patient privacy when they asked me why I need to see him within ear shot of other patients.
It took him 4 appointments to figure out what was going on with my health and gave me medication that wasn’t helpful, literally googling my symptoms.
My son was sick, had an appointment booked and he had to wait over an hour for the doctor to not give him anything.
This centre is not worth the stress, they don’t care about their clients or our health. What is the use of having timeslots when you can’t even see your client on time, what is the use of being doctors when you can’t even help the client. My scan was sent to the centre the other day, I even called to tell them I need to know what my scans say. I received a call 5 days after telling me what my scan says and I should go to the hospital for surgery.
I was in pain, they didn’t provide me with anything just said get a scan done after I stood for over an hour for my appointment. WHEN I FIRST JOINED I HAVE SENT MY MEDICAL HISTORY VIA EMAIL TO THEM. I WENT FOR MY APPOINTMENT AND THE DOCTORS SITTING THERE WITH AN EMPTY FILE ASKING WHAT MEDICINES I TAKE AND WHY I TAKE THEM.
When the lady called today I asked her so what’s happening to my complaint for the doctor putting my personal information out in public ears and also the receptionist being awfully rude. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT MY COMPLAINTS AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR I WOULD AS THE DOCTORS ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY.

I came to the medical centre and spoke to one of the Asian receptionist. She was trying to answer my questions as much as she can though I can feel the hesitation of her voice. She did try. However, the other rude white older lady beside her was on a different level of rudeness. Interrupted her while talking to me and said that I should wait just everyone does. While I don't have any issues while waiting, her condescending and rude approach put me off and told her my stand that I do not want to speak to her. She continued to display her authority over her colleague and address me eventhough I draw a line of not wanting to speak to her due to her rude approach. I feel bad for the other patrons to have a similar experience or have to witness such horrendous behaviour from this woman. It's heartbreaking and she does not deserve to work in such a reputable place. I liked my GP Dr.Jain but will avoid this place from now on because of this incident. I hope they do call me and take my comment seriously as I feel for the patients who she attended to. The Asian lady was quite nice though but did not get the chance to even speak out because of her. I am willing to take this further. This patients do not deserve any of this unkindness. Please do speak to her and I am happy to be contacted.

I had a frustrating phone call with an elderly receptionist who was extremely rude. She hung up on me before I could finish speaking, then called back to ask why she had ended the call. When I explained that I was an existing patient, she dismissed me, claiming they were busy, and hung up again instead of putting me on hold. Her unprofessional and discourteous behavior was unacceptable. The doctors at this clinic should be aware that patients may start seeking care elsewhere if their staff continues to treat people so poorly and unprofessionally.

Making an appointment has no meaning at this practise. I had an appointment for a sick child for 12:30. I came at 12:20 and I was told doctor is running late and told me to come back at 1:45. Stuck with not sick child I decided to wait around. I was seen by Dr. Abid at 2pm

This is not the first time , previously I had to wait for 1.5 hours just to be told that the doctor didn’t take the sample correctly and I don’t have any results. Sorry ! That’s is it.

There is no value of your time and I suggest you go somewhere where they value people time and actually provide a service.

I used to come with my my father to a this clinic overwhelmed with a big smiles and very polite receptionist, they have the best and very qualified doctors especially Dr.Hamsa Alawadi and Dr. Ammar Jassani.
Terrific medical centre!

I would never ever recommend this place in a million years for so many reasons… first of all it has fake reviews so don’t believe them
Secondly doctors are extremely rude specially Dr (Hamsa) that lady very rude and you will never feel comfortable talking to her she’s very arrogant and rude I came in with an issue recently and saw her the way she was talking and the knowledge that she has very poor i’m a nurse my self so I understand the terms and some prosecutors and I’m telling that doctor very dangerous to work there.

You will be treated like a number just go somewhere that treat you as human listen to your needs and concerns without using poor language or looking down on ur issues
Or go somewhere the you trust that won’t describe any medication that can put ur life and your unborn child at risk
Please be aware of those scamming doctors….
I don’t recommend anyone to go and see Dr Hamsa

I never leave 1 star reviews but I felt it necessary this time round. I had an appointment, walked in and sat down after confirming with the receptionist. Doctor Alawadi was very rude - I walked in with a smile and asking how she was and she seemed so uninterested and like she didn’t want to be there. After going to her for 2 small reasons, she asked me who my regular GP was (I moved about 1.5 hours from where I grew up - MOVED, not visiting, moved.) and I was hoping for this place to be my new permanent GP, when I told her that I moved and my previous GP was 1.5 - 2 hours away, she told me she will help me this time but to go back to my ‘regular GP’ next time. I will never come here again. The next time, I did travel 2 hours to see my GP who is a lot nicer than doctor Alawadi. I would say that it was a misunderstanding on her part, but I told her I moved out here and she still told me to see my regular GP. She just wanted nothing to do with me. The dentists next door on the other hand are all absolute saints and couldn’t give them enough five stars.
