He always explains things well and takes time to make sure you have understood.

Dr Rana is everything I could ask for in a GP. He is prompt (I’ve never had to wait more than 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment), listens attentively, thorough and compassionate. I had a work cover appointment (Dr Sam lovely doctor) but i was overcharged for the appointment and was told by reception "if you dont like it go somewhere else" which was then confirmed by the doctor to be an overcharge. In trying to organise a refund (which I was assured would be done within an hour by the doctor) the receptionist then had a serious attitude once i mentioned that i would be getting the refund and after giving my bank details i assumed it'd be fine but how wrong i was. I never received the refund. I was then called on Saturday to confirm my appointment for monday which wasnt when the next review date was and the appointment was booked for Thursday which i was told i was wrong and explained that on the paperwork from the doctor it said the 5th. I then enquired about the refund since i was told it'd be done within the hour days ago. She then hung up the phone after telling me that I'd have to wait until monday, and she then proceeded to refuse to answer the practice phone. I then had to go in person to try to sort this whole mess out. when I arrived (i have the whole interaction on camera and will be postedto youtube and facebook) she went and humiliated me infront of other patients saying how selfish I am and how she couldn't believe I had nothing better to do with my day. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour. Doing that to patients with mental health concerns is especially heinous and deserves better. At the end of the day, it was the receptionists mistake of overcharging me, and the treatment I received was nothing short of atrocious. The money I was overcharged was going towards Christmas gifts and is extremely upsetting that I can't purchase gifts and will have to wait to know how long until I receive the money. DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS PRACTICE

I have taken myself and my daughters to Dr Rana now for almost 2 years. Always easy to get an appointment and he’s always quick to diagnose issues and help treatment to rectify what may be wrong with myself or daughters.

Extremely poor reception service!!!!!!!!

Yesterday(9/10/24), between 12 pm and 1 pm, the receptionist on duty provided me with the incorrect blood test results. Despite informing her three times that I had paid $35 for a blood test conducted last week, she sent me results from last month. Later, I found out that my latest blood test results had not yet come back from the lab. When I politely asked if she could help to forward the correct results once available, she informed me that I would need to pay again. I disagreed with this, as this error was not my fault, but instead of addressing the issue, she hung up on me without allowing me to finish talking. I found her behavior to be both rude and unprofessional. This has been the WORST experience I’ve had at this medical center as a new patient!!!! I will not consider to go again.
