I will never contact this practice again. I required an appointment for an infection that needed timely management and was given an appropriate appointment. It had been some time since I had used this service and I was questioned as to whether I had utilised another GP Practice. As a result, my appointment was changed and I could no longer have that appointment and would be required to wait until the following day before being seen. I found this to be very unethical.

Receptionist Ann Maree- She has never dropped a Smile behind the front desk, she is always run of her feet but always continues to ring everyone within time frames, and work with you to see a doctor at your most convenient time.

King Bailey, This legend has saved my Life, The Best GP in A/W PERIOD.
His compassion, and care for his Patients is something i have never received before from another doctor, i was seeing him almost twice a week for around a month while we got the right dose of medication sorted, he works as a team, so you both agree on what the process is, he explains everything very well & clear.

Fatemeh Arya, i can't say much personally as i have never seen her, but the missus will not see another doctor she believes she is in the best hands when seeing Dr Fatemeh.

My experience has been largely positive except for Dr.Fatemeh Arya to whom I took my
autistic daughter for depression only to have her shamed I would certainly not recommend her No compassion whatsoever

I've just changed drs & came to drs at thurgoona, I've found dr fatemah a very lovely dr she obviously cares about patients. I've got a few medical probs & none of them seem to worry her. If anything she's doing more than last dr. The reception staff are also nice & helpful

Very poor experience, not necessarily with the doctors themselves, but the receptionist, very rude and condescending, met with animosity more often then not, little empathy or understanding and very difficult to deal with.
