Absolutely incredible experience at The Dental Practice Burwood! I had the “All on 4” dental implant procedure, and I can honestly say it was a fairly painless experience for me — just 4–5 days of swelling, which is totally expected. Dr Sam is awesome — professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

Dr Sam’s assistants are always fantastic — whether during the procedure or regular appointments, they’re calm, supportive, and help everything run smoothly. All the ladies at reception are so warm, friendly, and very helpful — it’s like chatting with family every time you walk in. The whole place has a relaxed, easy-going country feel that instantly puts you at ease.

Special mention to Dr Alex, who handled a couple of the trickier implants — he was excellent and a great addition to the team. A big thank you also to the anaesthetist team, who were professional, reassuring, and made the sedation process smooth and stress-free.

The after-care has been perfect. If you’re considering dental implants or any major dental work, I can’t recommend this place enough. I could keep raving, but I better quit before this turns into a novel! 😄😄

Had such a great experience with the team here at The Dental Practice Burwood. The whole process for my dental implant was smooth and professional from start to finish. The colour and shape of the tooth are such a perfect match – no one can tell it’s an implant! The care throughout the treatment and the follow-ups after have been amazing. So happy with the result and would highly recommend this practice.

After searching extensively for a good dentist after living overseas for many years I found by accident the Dental Practice. The practice is very professionally run, amazingly helpful staff, and very proactive in providing preventative guidance in addition to a wide range of up to the minute treatments. In addition the practice is very convenient to get to by bus from the Concord/ Breakfast Point area with a bus stop directly in front and across the road(464, 410, 461 and other routes).

My teeth have been very well cared for by Judy who is highly skilled, friendly, and patient focused which makes a visit to the dentist a pleasure. I highly recommend both Judy, Dr Sam and the Dental Practice and know you will not regret becoming a patient.
