Excellent. Outstanding service, we see the same people in there who remember us and truly care. I would not hesitate to recommend Ziggy and his team. Worth travelling for. My mother lives in Sydney and comes visit her grandchildren taking the opportunity to buy, replace, service and garnish advice from the team regarding her CPap machine.

Just wanted to start with everytime I go here the staff are absolutely amazing!
Today when I went I had the pleasure of speaking with a lovely male assistant (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) but I explained that I bought a new part for my cpap a few weeks ago and I noticed more air was leaking. He was kind enough to re measure my head and assisted me with some new head wear that I was well overdue for. I had a great experience today and I won’t be going anywhere else. I live in Sydney and I’m more then happy to make the drive down to deal with these polite people. Thank you again for your help today and any other time.

Great business and people who truly cant do enough for you. Kudos to them, they chased up a manufacturer to obtain a full refund for me despite the fact they didn't even sell me the original machine. I've had the Resmed 11 since the 20th May. The support, help and knowledge of the CPAP shop has been fantastic. Ziggy took time out to explain all about the machine, from operating it to cleaning and maintenance. Follow up calls once a week is reassuring that they do what they claim to do. Which is monitor your sleep patterns and apnoeas. Any questions and concerns of mine have been answered quickly and with confidence by Ziggy and Rose.
In short, if you end up requiring help sleeping due to apnoeas, this is the place to go.
My life literally has changed for the better.
