I've been attending this practice for a few years now, and I've got nothing but the utmost respect and love for their care and commitment! Dr Shiva Ramasamy is a phenomenal doctor who puts due diligence and care into my complex physical health, and is lovely to just chat to anyway! The reception staff are lovely, particularly Toni, she's wonderful and always greets with a smile!

The only thing that I don't love is the cost, for a short appointment it's $75 (before Medicare rebate), however hopefully the plan Labor has announced today succeeds and hopefully helps the practice become bulk billing like they used to be.

I've been attending this Clinic for many years and have always found the receptionists to be very efficient, professional, caring and friendly. A few of my favorite doctors here have come and gone over time, but they've always had stellar replacements. I've been seeing Dr Paul Jip for a while now, and he's up there with one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of being attended to. He's so down to earth and really connects with his patients on a personal level, very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, attentive and totally committed to helping others. Appointments times do run late but I feel that's because they're very thorough and don't rush their patients out the door, so it's always worth the wait to receive a very high standard of duty of care.

Big shoutout to Toni who went above and beyond with her customer service. She really stepped it up a notch by calling me multiple times to keep me updated on my matter and ensure that I was kept in the loop every step of the process. She was so lovely and personable and made me feel at ease.

Dr Shiva is also an amazing doctor who connects with his patients on a personal level. No question is too silly and I very much trust and value his expertise and advice.

In addition, they seem to always be running on time when I’m there, which makes the whole experience even better.

The best doctors surgery I have ever been too…. 10 stars!!! My family has attended for 8 years. The receptionists are fantastic, especially Tony who regularly goes out of her way to be kind, happy and helpful. Dr Jipp is exceptional, very understanding, personable and has insightful professional medical advice. He doesn’t give up until he finds the best solution for his patients. I couldn't recommend a better doctor. Dr Shiver is amazing as well, he really listens and gives great details so you really understand his extremely professional advice. It is so good to finally find doctors who are are thorough, very caring and committed to providing excellent medical care that always goes over and above. If your looking for a new doctors surgery, go here!!! You won’t be disappointed!

Dr Shiva really is a life saver!!! He looks after both of our young kids since they were babies and our family. He is detailed, passionate and very efficient. We admire his job and very lucky to have such excellent doctor with us!!!!

I’ll never go anywhere else. Dr Jip and Toni are my absolute god sends. Very hard to find people who actually understand and connect with people in a GP clinic context. Sometimes there is a long wait — but I am always understanding because when my turn arrives I never feel rushed out the door. There are wait times because they care about the patients they are seeing.
