The staff were very friendly, and easy to deal with. Dr Brumby is an exceptional physician, who takes a genuine interest in you, and follows upon on all treatment. They were very efficient and lovely to deal with.

Have been seeing Dr Brumby for more than 10 years. She provides a thorough and considered service as a very experienced GP. I never feel rushed during my appointment and her communication skills are excellent. Would highly recommend.

My partner saw Dr Brumby for weight issues. Her manner of dealing with my partners issues was very unprofessional and walked a fine line of bullying and created an environment where my partner was scared to go to the Dr. Once she found an empathetic and professional Dr she saw great results and huge improvement.

This practice advertised itself as a place where vaccinations for Pfizer could be obtained. I enquired in mid-July and was told by an irritable receptionist that a vaccination could be provided end of August and someone would contact me. Nobody did, and when I rang them back the (same?) irritable receptionist said there was no vaccination available for me. I ended up getting AZ, which was fine, but I would have got it earlier rather than waiting until end of August, if I knew there was no option. I won't be going to this practice.

I find both reception and doctors to be very dismissive and abrupt, not what you'd accept from a place that should be caring and understanding with individual needs.
