From the moment I walked through the doors at The Clinic Bondi I felt at ease and right at home. The team welcomed me on my first visit like I was already a part of their family and a long term client.

Aside from the warmth, the treatments and nurse practitioners shared their wealth of knowledge and advice with impeccable beside manner. I felt the advice I was given was bespoke to my needs and wasn't being sold treatments for a money grab.

The treatment I had left me feeling confident and excited about the future for my skin! (The Clinic also was extremely well priced and I felt like I was getting great value for money spent).

Loved my time here and will be back. x

Absolutely blown away with my delivery of samples after placing an order online for your high quality skin care products. It’s a shame I live in Melbourne as I wish I could visit your clinic personally for tailored treatments. Had a hydrafacial completed here and it turned out great, my facialist was lovely and really knew her stuff 🙂 The only thing is that the staff forgot to give me a 15% off my first treatment so you just need to keep on top of the admin side of things.

The Clinic provides the best services and skincare advice in Sydney. Plus, their range of products online is SO good. Clinical skincare that WORKS. Special mention to Scott + Sullivan which has simple, high quality ingredients that feel so beautiful on. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly but the Bondi Glow treatment was a big disappointment. I was for 25 minutes in the room. During that time I received a 10 minutes treatment as the rest of time was used for talking about what will be done in the next sessions that I didn't book and don't want to book. It's more a promotion talk then a consultation. Also in regard to the actual treatment: These 10 minutes are definitely not worth 153 Aud$ as the Hydrafacial was not even applied to my whole face but solely the t-zone, even though it was said that it will be. I felt like being in a fast processing procedure. The movements were too fast and not gentle. I didn't feel like I can relax there and enjoy the treatment. I had a Hydrafacial signature treatment last year in another clinic and it was a totally different experience. I'm very disappointed with the way the treatment was done. Afterwards it feels like a waste of money and time.
